budgeting, reconciliation and reporting (regional / local)

-     Estimate andforecast personnel cost and reconciliation

 

Participate in compensation/beneft surveys and analysis results forcompensation planning

-     Conductcompetitive pay analysis (external market overall / ad hoc requests based onbusiness needs )

-     Develop localsalary range structure based on market data and provide the informativecompensation data for new / replacement position

 

Manage reporting

-     Assess reportingneeds, comparing the current HR reporting offering with business needs anddefining required adjustments or new reports

-     Manage regularreporting, ensuring the timely generation of regularly required reports or new requiredreports with the key employee metrics within these reports

 

Manage payroll

-      Assurepunctual and sound payment of all employees through the outsourcing payrollcompany; Monthly salary, severance, tax management, year-end tax closing, etc.

-      Reconcilethe payroll monthly

-                      Expat salary (Class B) and tax management

 

Manage benefit programs across the Company

-     Review and updatecompany policy related company benefit programs

-      Manageemployee loan; Process all actions for employee loan & update

 

Expat management

-     Handle therelocation procedure in case of new expat, visa application, benefitinformation

-     Maintainrelationship with vendors and internal dept (F&A) in regard to expat taxmanagement

-     Handle ad hocinquires

-                      Accuracy in actual / estimation of personnel cost governing salary and benefitall over the company and awareness of understanding the up-to-date situation

-                      Monitoring and analyzing C&B issues which need to be improved / revisedconsidering our business situation and employees’ needs

-                      Win-win compensation strategy for both management and employees

 

Requirements:

n       University graduate of higher degree / majored in Business Administration ispreferred.

n       Over 6 years experience in C&B and HR general area

n       High proficiency in English & Korean, both speaking and written

n       Strong sense of figure, intuition and analytical thinking

n       Ability to effectively interact with all employees of the organization

n       Confidentiality
